This has been a truly amazing experience to firstly have the opportunity to work on the last undeveloped oceanfront site on the Mooloolaba Esplanade, and secondly to work with a client that is so intimately involved in every decision and detail. We are extremely proud of the project, and know that with the combined passion and experience of the whole team we will maintain an absolute commitment to a first class development right through to its occupation.
We have enjoyed absolute freedom in the design process for Sea Pearl, which has been about much more than just creating frontage, but about creating character and sense of place, and exploring opportunities unlike any other resort we have designed in the past. Unique design elements include a traditional porte cochere which will provide an arrival like no other on the esplanade, an undulating pedestrian arcade which seamlessly connects First Avenue and the entry lobby with the Esplanade, independent level access to pool, gym and cinema facilities to ensure all residences maintain absolute privacy, and direct private swim-out access to the pool for the lower 3 apartments.
It has been an absolute honor to be given the pen to design a project that demands perfection. The entire team which exudes such a wealth of passion and experience is very excited with the prospect of presenting Sea Pearl as the best resort style residential development on the Sunshine Coast.
