Mike Nesdale is the caretaker and is responsible for maintaining the common property and infrastructure within the Sea Pearl Apartments. 

In addition to the general care-taking of the complex facilities Mike takes care of the letting of properties on behalf of owners, providing a competitive property management service and has a vested interest in taking care of owner's investments.  With competitive fees and an regular presence a peace of mind option for your investment is provided.

Mike has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Cert IV in Property Management (Real Estate) and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
